In partnership with more than 500 local food assistance programs, Second Harvest Food Bank is providing disaster meals to the hardest-hit areas in our community. The Food Bank is working at an ‘above and beyond’ level to provide sustaining nutrition for families and seniors impacted by Hurricane Ian.
Volunteers are sorting and packing disaster relief boxes in our main facility and preparing meals for shelters and home deliveries at Mercy Kitchen. The calls for additional food assistance will increase daily as families and seniors try to get back on their feet. But we can’t do it alone; we need your support.
