Shopping for a cause at Wine Women & Shoes

Shopping for a cause at Wine Women & ShoesWe are less than a month away from the 3rd Annual Wine, Women & Shoes Orlando!  That means wine sipping, fashion shows, great shoes and of course shopping!

Cindy Fox has been our Marketplace chair for the past three years and has done an amazing job at bringing in the best vendors for our event every year.

This year will be no different, and she has been kind enough to give us a little sneak peek at this year’s vendors.

How many different vendors can we expect this year?

The official answer is nine but unofficially our guests will see products from 12 different boutiques. There will be great shopping in store this year!

So lots of shopping choices! Awesome! Will we be seeing any returning faces this year?

Yes, we love that so many of our vendors have had positive experiences with Wine, Women & Shoes and have wanted to continue to be part of our event. Six of our vendors this year have been with us before. We have three vendors, Diana E. Kelly Shoes, Bibby’s Jewelry and Merle Norman Boutique who have been with us since year one.

Diana E. Kelly Shoes is based in Sarasota. As a fresh young designer, Diana was recently featured in Southern Living Magazine. Her shoes are classically elegant with comfort in mind and her sandals are designed with a beachy Florida flair. She also brings fun jewelry and clutch cork handbags.

Bibby’s Jewelry, always a favorite at Wine, Women & Shoes, features trendy costume jewelry and accessories.

Merle Norman Boutique located in the Oviedo Marketplace brings a variety of the merchandise they carry from Brighton shoes and jewelry to Vera Bradley to Pandora and Kameleon jewelry.

Saks 5th Avenue, Wearable Art and Coralia Leets are returning for their second years.

As well as producing our fashion show with their great style, Saks 5th Avenue will be offering some of their great lines of cosmetics and fragrances.

Wearable Art, the Park Avenue boutique will feature eclectic accessories, scarves and jewelry.

Coralia Leets, also on Park Avenue at the entrance of the Park Plaza Gardens Hotel will feature her designs, necklaces, bracelets, rings and earrings in an array of colors and stones. Her designs have been featured in Elle, Bazaar and O magazines.  Additionally, their booth will feature some home design items from their new sister store Acorn.

They were always big hits, I am sure the ladies will be excited! What about new vendors?

It’s always great for our returning guests to see some new options in shopping and we are so excited to have them in our marketplace.

Sofia & Trey is a fun and trendy boutique in Lake Mary. Tucked back along 4th Avenue, Sofia & Trey along with their sister stores, Tria and Ocean & 4th will bring shoes, jewelry, handbags, sunglasses and accessories. Sofia & Trey’s fashions were featured in the style section in the most recent issue of Orange Appeal magazine. Three great boutiques in one stop at Wine, Women and Shoes!

Gina Cueto is a Venezuelan jewelry designer based in Miami Beach, Gina will be bringing her unique designs. One of her designs uses recyclable plastic in bold colorful patterns. These necklaces and bracelets provide the perfect pop of color for a plain white or black tee shirt.

Dede’s Boutique is a shoe store in Vero Beach. They enjoy so many Orlando visitors in their store that they are looking forward to participating in our event. They will be bringing their top selling selection of shoes and sandals just in time for summer.

We can’t wait! It sounds like you did an amazing job of getting a wide spread of merchandise for people to pick from.  Are there any pieces you are already planning to add to your own collection?

Absolutely!!  I never miss a chance to buy a pair of Diana E. Kelly’s classic Elizabeth peep toe pumps, I already have two pairs but she offers them in so many colors. Brighton designs from the Merle Norman Boutique are a must and perhaps a new fragrance from Saks 5th Avenue.

I discovered Coralia Leets jewelry at our first Wine, Women & Shoes and I have a lovely white drusy necklace that could use a matching pair of earrings.  Bibby’s always has fun must have pieces of jewelry and I can’t wait to try a bright colorful bracelet from Gina Cueto. I’ve been eyeing a pair of sandals featured on Dede’s Facebook page that I hope they bring.

I think something eclectic from the accessories at Wearable Art and more shoes from Sofia & Trey. I know it sounds like a lot of shopping but it’s for a great cause.  I will add some great pieces to my wardrobe, have memorable souvenirs of a fun day at Wine, Women & Shoes and 20% of the cost of my purchases will go to Second Harvest Food Bank to feed the hungry here in Central Florida and that’s what I call a win win!

Thank you Cindy for giving us a peak into this year’s marketplace at Wine Women & Shoes Orlando. Click here to learn more about this fabulous event!
