Chef Biographies: Hector Colon serves as the Executive Chef/Director of Culinary Operations for SeaWorld Orlando, Discovery Cove and Aquatica. He oversees all aspects of kitchen operation and menu development for all three Orlando parks. Hector has been with SeaWorld Orlando for three years now, but has more than 25 years of culinary experience. Chef Colon received his degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute in Clearwater, Florida. He is from Ponce, Puerto Rico and currently lives in Orlando with his wife Rocio and has four children. When not working, Hector enjoys leisure activities such as fishing.

The atmosphere of Guest Chef Night events is festive, but not formal. “Business casual” attire is appropriate.
Menus will be emailed to guests and posted online once available. Please let us know prior to your arrival of any food allergies.

Family style seating is available through individual ticket sales, or you may purchase an entire table of 10 seats at a discounted rate. Guest Chef Night events are open to the public and reservations are required. For last-minute requests, call 407-514-1048 before noon to check for availability.
