Chef Trina Gregory-Propst, Pastry Chef and Owner of Se7en Bites, is the first Guest Chef to host “Brinner” at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. She prepared a delicious combination of breakfast served for dinner in her signature style of southern comfort food with a modern twist for the final Chef’s Night of 2017.
Chef Trina’s menu included brunch favorites, including deviled eggs, pimento cheese biscuits and fried grit cakes, plus creative interpretations of a chicken and biscuit, cinnamon rolls inspired by Grammy and a fresh citrus and pistachio salad.
At each Chef’s Night, students from the Second Harvest Culinary Training Program get to work alongside some of Central Florida’s best chefs in the Darden Foundation Community Kitchen. This experience helps prepare them for careers in the local hospitality industry upon graduation.
