You can take two small actions that make a big difference as acts of love and kindness.
The City of Orlando and Orange County, in collaboration with Pulse, have designated June 12, 2018, as “Orlando United Day – A Day of Love and Kindness.”
June 12 is dedicated to honoring the memory of the 49 innocent victims, supporting the survivors, and embracing everyone impacted by the Pulse tragedy.
When The One Orlando Alliance asked parents of the victims how they would like to see love and kindness shown, one suggestion was to have a simple meal at home instead of going out and donate the savings to a food kitchen.
You can join the #ActLoveGive movement today by giving a gift of hope to Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida on Orlando United Day. Your $10 gift can provide 40 meals for kids, families and seniors in our community.
